Placing a deposit will secure your share reservation for this harvest run. We will have a limited number of shares available.

Total Cost for Whole Share is $5,697.00

Deposit required to reserve your share is $1,709.00 - Remaining balance of $3,988.00 will be due prior to delivery - SHIPPING INCLUDED to Zones 1-3. Other shipping zones may include an additional freight charge.

We never push our animals to finish, they will be harvested on their schedule when perfectly finished, the way nature intended.

Delivery will be confirmed after processing. Total cost includes processing and all cut and wrap fees.

Whole Share consists of approximately 430 lbs. to 450 lbs. of beef and generally includes the following assortment of cuts (final cut list could be more or less depending on the weight of the animal):

19-20 Ribeye Steaks - May include combination of bone-in and boneless (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
18-20 Premium Steaks including a combination of New York Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1 lb. each), Tenderloin/Filet Mignon (Cut 2" thick and approx. 12 oz. each), Porterhouse or T-Bone Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
3-4 pkgs. Ranchers (Chuck Eye) Steaks (approx. 1.5 lb. each)
6-8 pkgs. Top Sirloin Steaks (Cut 1" thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
6-8 pkgs. Fajita Meat (1 lb. each)
15-17 pkgs. Kabob/Stew Meat (1 lb. each)
2 Tri-Tip Roast (2-3 lbs. each)
2 Flank Steaks (approx. 1 lb. each)
Hanger Steak (approx. 2 lbs.)
6-8 pkgs. Skirt Steak (approx. 1 lb. each)
8 - 10 Roasts - Assorted combination of Roasts
