At Jenner Family Beef, we believe you should know exactly where your beef comes from—where it was born, how it was raised, and where it was harvested.
We don’t think you should have to sacrifice flavor to feel good about your food. That’s why we raise our cattle with care, allowing them to mature naturally, on nature’s schedule.
Our cattle are barley-finished, which creates just the right amount of marbling in every cut—delivering the rich flavor and tender texture that sets our beef apart.
Our Angus beef is Certified 100% Natural. This means our cattle are never fed animal by-products, never given added hormones, and never treated with antibiotics.
From birth to harvest, our animals live their entire lives on pasture—roaming and grazing thousands of acres. In the final few months before processing, we supplement their diet with free-choice, homegrown, chopped barley. This contributes to the marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor that Jenner Family Beef is known for.
All of our cattle are raised using sustainable and humane practices. In fact, 100% of the hay and grain we feed is grown and harvested right here on our own land. We replant native pasture grasses using past seed, rotate crops to maintain healthy soil, and use modern irrigation systems to conserve water.
These time-tested practices have been passed down through generations on our ranch—resulting in a highly efficient operation and incredibly flavorful beef.


Jenner Family Beef is proudly rooted in the heart of a mountain valley in Siskiyou County—the northernmost county in California, just south of the Oregon border. Our ranch has been in continuous operation since 1872, and for more than five generations, the Jenner family has called Etna, California home.
Over the generations, we've worked hard to build and maintain the high-quality Angus herd we raise today. Our cattle are ranch-born, pasture-raised, grain-finished, and known for their superior quality.
We love what we do, and it shows—in the care we give our animals and the stewardship we practice on the land we’re proud to call home.
