Unrendered Suet (Internal Organ Fat)

Suet is the hard, raw fat found around the kidneys and loins.  It's typically used in cooking and baking, because it has a high melting point. 

Suet can also be rendered to make tallow and used in soap and candle making.

Jenner Family Beef suet is undrendered and vacuum sealed at approximately 5 lbs. per package.
