2 Skirt Steaks  (Combo of inside or outside skirt steak, approx. 1 lb. each) - Great grilled, sliced and served with Chimichurri or in fajitas

1 Top Sirloin Steak (Cut 1 " thick and approx. 1 lb.) - Perfect for tacos or fajitas

2 Pkg. Fajita Strips (Approx. 1 lb. each) - Great for fajitas, steak tacos, or marinated in a stir fry

2 Pkgs. Shank/Osso Bucco (2 per pkg. cut 2" thick) - Slow roasting favorite to be used in shredded beef tacos, enchiladas, tamales or taco soup

4 Pkgs. Ground Beef (1 lb. each) - Very versatile, can be used in tacos, tamale pie, meatloaf, meatballs, tacos, burgers, stroganoff or sloppy joes
